我国是一个典型的干旱缺水的国家,我国是人均淡水量最缺乏的国家,但由于我国人口众多,而且又是农业大国,因此我国是世界上用水量最多的国家。我国有广大的农田需要灌溉,灌区灌溉用水的需求量非常大,而我国的灌溉用水浪费现象非常严重,灌区灌溉管理存在着很多的问题,严重的影响着灌区节约用水技术的推广及发展。本文主要对灌区灌溉管理现状及对策进行了研究,主要从灌区灌溉管理存在的问题以及解决灌区灌溉管理存在问题的相应对策这两个方面进行了具体的阐述。
Our country is a typical drought and water-scarce country. Our country is the country with the most lack of freshwater per capita. Due to the large population of our country and yet another big agricultural country, our country is the country with the largest water consumption in the world. There is a huge demand for irrigated farmland in our country. There is a great demand for irrigated water in irrigated areas. The waste of irrigation water in our country is very serious. There are many problems in irrigation management in irrigated areas, which seriously affect the popularization and development of water-saving technologies in irrigated areas. This paper mainly studies the current situation and countermeasures of irrigation management in irrigation district, mainly elaborates the problems existing in irrigation management in irrigation district and the countermeasures to solve the problems of irrigation management in irrigation district.
