患者夏××,男,16岁,学生,未婚,开化县人,住院号109507.患者于1979年10月30日清晨感剧烈头痛,恶心、呕吐一次.继之出现左手无力,口角歪斜,舌左偏,发音含糊.在校医务室行针刺治疗.针刺后症状略有好转,但仍持续头痛,间有恶心、呕吐.次晨上述症状又发,并面部抽搐,每次抽搐持续10～15分钟后自行缓解.经针灸、中药等治疗8天无效.第12天感左臂、左腿无力,多次抽搐,全身怕冷,无发热.神志一直清楚.1979年11月15日拟诊特发性动脉炎住院.既往史:近10年来有食生蟹史,末次食生蟹距今约1年.

November 15, 1979 to be Diagnosis of idiopathic arteritis in hospital. Past history: Past 10 years, history of eating crabs, the last food raw crab from about 1 year ago.
