目前,超声诊断技术已在临床上广泛应用,尤为B型超声波(简称B超)在产前诊断上的作用已显现出巨大的优越性。然而超声诊断是否会引起人体细胞遗传学改变,国外争论较多。我国B型超声波在临床上的应用起步较晚,在现有诊断剂量下对人体淋巴细胞染色体和姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)的影响,作者到目前尚未见报道。本文对9例健康成人血细胞进行B型超声波辐照,以观察超声诊断对人体的危害。
At present, ultrasonic diagnostic technology has been widely used in clinical practice, especially B-type ultrasound (B-ultrasound) on the role of prenatal diagnosis has shown great advantages. However, ultrasound diagnosis will cause human cytogenetic changes, more controversial abroad. The clinical application of B-mode ultrasound in China started late, and the effect of B-mode ultrasound on human lymphocyte chromosomes and sister chromatid exchange (SCE) at the current diagnostic dose has not been reported by the authors so far. In this paper, 9 cases of healthy adult blood cells by B-mode ultrasound to observe the ultrasound diagnosis of human damage.
