报道了Cr80 -xFe2 0 Mnx(x =10 ,15 ,2 0 )合金在 10~ 30 0K的电阻率和热导率 .结果表明样品的电输运性质和热输运性质均与样品的磁状态有关 .在SDW反铁磁转变附近 ,电阻率出现极小 .对Neel温度以下电阻率~温度曲线拟合结果表明 :取温度相关的能隙函数 2Δ∝TN-T可以很好地描述SDW反铁磁能隙随温度降低而打开的过程 .合金在反铁磁转变温度以下表现出与无序样品或者玻璃态样品类似的热导率温度关系 ,这可能是源于合金中磁性团簇的散射 .
The resistivity and thermal conductivity of Cr80-xFe2 0 Mnx (x = 10, 15, 20) alloys at 10 ~ 30 0K were reported.The results show that the electrical and thermal properties of the samples are related to the magnetic state .The results show that the temperature-dependent energy gap function 2ΔαTN-T can well describe the SDW anti-iron The magnetic gap opens with decreasing temperature.The alloy exhibits similar thermal conductivity temperature to the disordered sample or the glassy sample below the anti-ferromagnetic transition temperature, which may be due to the scattering of the magnetic clusters in the alloy.
