4月27日信息产业部正式批准中国电信、中国联通、吉通三家公司进行IP电话业务运营试验,这表明我国IP电话业务已向公众开放,进行商业运作。IP电话以话费低廉备受青睐,试验期间资费标准为:国际长途电话每分钟4.8元,国内长途电话每分钟0.3元;内地(深圳除外)至香港,内地(中山、珠海除外)至澳门,内地至台湾每分钟2.5元;深圳至香港,中山、珠海至澳门每分钟1.5元。以上话费标准不含本地电话通话费,用户拨打IP电话所产生的本地电话费用,按当地营业电话费标准收取,一般为每三分钟
On April 27, the Ministry of Information Industry formally approved the trial operation of IP telephony operations conducted by China Telecom, China Unicom and Jitong. This shows that our IP telephony business has been open to the public for commercial operation. IP telephones are favored at low rates. During the trial, the rates were: 4.8 yuan per minute for international long distance calls and 0.3 yuan per minute for domestic long distance calls; from the Mainland (excluding Shenzhen) to Hong Kong and the Mainland (except Zhongshan and Zhuhai) to Macao and the Mainland 2.5 yuan per minute to Taiwan; Shenzhen to Hong Kong, Zhongshan, Zhuhai to Macao at 1.5 yuan per minute.
