瑞典萨伯公司生产的JAS39“鹰狮”战斗机是新一代作战飞机中最小的,也是目前唯一正式服役的新一代战斗机。自1996年6月首批生产型战斗机进入瑞典空军服役以来,已有50多名瑞典飞行员经过为期半年、共68飞行小时的改装机飞行训练,具备了驾驶新机的资格。首批双座型“鹰狮”定于2000年10月服役,而从2001年开始空军战斗机航校的毕业生即可直接驾驶“鹰狮”。现在已服役的“鹰狮”达70余架,并且还在以年均15架的速度持续生产。预计瑞典空军共订购204架,其中包括28架双座型,计划在
JAS39 “Gripen” fighter, manufactured by Sweden’s Saab, is the smallest of the next generation of combat aircraft and the only new generation of combat aircraft currently in official service. Since the first production fighter jets entered service with the Swedish Air Force in June 1996, more than 50 Swedish pilots have been trained in the conversion flight for a period of six months and a total of 68 flight hours, qualifying them for piloting new aircraft. The first two-seater “Gripen” is scheduled to be in service in October 2000, and graduates of the Air Force Fighter School in 2001 will be able to pilot “Gripen” directly.
