颞下颌关节内的血供主要来自关节囊不同部位发出的分支进入囊内形成的血管网。关节囊的血供相当丰富,胚胎时期尤为丰富。颞浅动脉,面横动脉,颞中动脉和关节深动脉及前鼓室动脉的主干为关节囊外侧的主要供血动脉,面横动脉,颞深后动脉和关节支为关节囊前部主要供血动脉;关节深动脉和前鼓室动脉的主干及前鼓室动脉为关节囊后部的主要供血动脉。关于关节盘的血管分布问题已有报导,都是观察描述性记载。
Temporomandibular joint blood supply mainly from the different parts of the joint capsule issued by the branch into the capsule formed by the vascular network. Articular capsule blood supply is quite rich, embryonic period is particularly rich. The main arteries of the superficial temporal artery, transverse transverse artery, midotemporal artery, deep articular artery and anterior tympanic artery are the main feeding arteries, the lateral transverse arteries, the deep temporal arteries and the articular branches outside the joint capsule, which are the main feeding arteries in front of the articular capsule. The main arteries of the deep arteries and the anterior tympanic arteries and the anterior tympanic artery are the main feeding arteries behind the joint capsule. Vascular distribution of the articular disk has been reported, are observed descriptive records.
