我厂冷冲压车间,常年冲压0.1~1.0mm的各种金属板材小形零件。各类模具每班冲次8,000~24,00次不等。由于冲件质量精度高,要求模具及时刃磨。为减轻平面磨床的工作量。于是利用Z412型台钻刃磨模具的凸凹模冲头等工件。效果一直良好。方法是,1.先按装一个带芯轴的GB80Z_2~ZR_1的碗形砂轮,如图1所示;2.把台钻主轴升到死点位置锁紧,把砂轮芯轴放入钻卡内卡紧;3.将待磨工件置于工作台上,摇动升降手柄使工件升到与砂轮端面1~2mm距离时,按动开关,砂轮启动;4.工件在两手推力的作用下沿工作台面往复滑动,每磨削一次,微升一次工作台(约0.02mm),一般磨削5~10次即可。(图1在61页) 这种加工工艺,对砂轮的端跳,径跳无严格要求;操做简便安全;刃磨质量优于平磨磨床;刃磨时工件与上、下模板连体不拆磨。
