通过QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS法快速测定辣椒中30种常用农药残留。该法先采用乙腈从辣椒中振荡提取的各残留农药,经过PSA、无水MgSO_4吸附净化后,再利用LC-MS/MS检测。结果表明,待测定的30种农药在5.0,10.0和20.0μg/kg三个加标水平下,平均回收率为59.0%~118.3%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~12.6%,线性方程的相关系数R2达到0.995 7~0.999 9。该方法具有简便快捷、成本低、效率高等优点,可为当前辣椒中多农药残留检测提供新的高效方法。
Rapid Determination of 30 Pesticide Residues in Pepper by QuEChERS-LC-MS / MS Method. The method first uses acetonitrile to shake off the residual pesticides from peppers, after PSA, anhydrous MgSO 4 adsorption purification, and then use LC-MS / MS detection. The results showed that the average recoveries of the 30 pesticides to be tested at the three spiked levels of 5.0, 10.0 and 20.0 μg / kg ranged from 59.0% to 118.3% with relative standard deviations of 0.2% to 12.6%. The correlation coefficients of the linear equations R2 reaches 0.995 7 ~ 0.999 9. The method has the advantages of simple and quick, low cost and high efficiency, and can provide a new and efficient method for detecting pesticide residues in pepper.
