我院用静脉滴注硫酸镁及维生素K_3的方法治疗支气管哮喘28例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下: 1 临床资料 男21例,女7例,年龄16～69岁,平均年龄38岁,哮喘病史4～32年。 治疗方法 本组病人经传统方法平喘治疗3天。疗效不满意者,加5％葡萄糖500毫升,25％硫酸镁10～20毫升及维生素K_3 12毫克静脉滴注,每日一次,3～7天为一疗程。同时注意观察脉搏,呼吸及血压的变化。 Our hospital with intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate and vitamin K_3 treatment of bronchial asthma in 28 cases, and achieved satisfactory results, are as follows: 1 clinical data of 21 males and 7 females, aged 16 to 69 years, mean age 38 years old, asthma History of 4 to 32 years.
