Objective: To investigate the effect of percutaneous introduction of central venous catheter (PICC) in rescue of postpartum hemorrhage patients, and to provide reference for clinical application. Methods: Sixty-nine postpartum hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into experimental group (35 cases) and control group (34 cases). PICC catheter was used in the experimental group and subclavian vein catheterization (CVC) was used in the control group. The success rate of primary catheterization Time, puncture complications and the incidence of shock. Results: The success rate of primary catheterization in the experimental group was 97.14% with an average operation time of 9.71 ± 1.36 min, which was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was no puncture complication and shock, There was no significant difference in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: PICC catheterization technique is not difficult, puncture success rate is high, and the operation time is short, rapid blood volume and rapid administration in a short time to improve the success rate of rescue, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
