推行“丰田生产方式”对于提高我国汽车企业生产效率和产品质量 ,降低成本 ,优化资源配置 ,提升企业运营管理水平 ,增强汽车产业的国际竞争力具有重要意义。本文在介绍了中国企业引进丰田生产方式情况的基础上 ,对深入推行丰田生产方式的主要障碍进行了分析 ,并对如何克服这些障碍作了探讨。
The implementation of “Toyota Production Mode” is of great significance to improving the production efficiency and product quality, reducing costs, optimizing the allocation of resources, improving the operation and management level of automobile enterprises and enhancing the international competitiveness of the automobile industry in China. Based on the introduction of the situation of Toyota's production mode introduced by Chinese enterprises, this article analyzes the main obstacles to the further implementation of Toyota's production mode and discusses how to overcome these obstacles.
