目的预防唇外翻，再造颏唇沟。方法在颏唇沟部位切除水平矩形组织瓣约１．２ｃｍ×８ｃｍ，在缺损的矩形组织两侧上下各作４条水平附加切口，形成两侧滑行组织瓣拉拢缝合修复缺损，外加游离植皮，弹力带加压３～６月。结果１３例术后随访６～１４个月，１０例颏唇沟明显，无唇外翻；３例无颏唇沟再现，其中１例唇外翻，外形欠佳。结论本法对颏部烧伤后形成的瘢痕，具有预防唇外翻，再现颏唇沟优点
Purpose to prevent lip eversion, rebuilding chi lips groove. Methods The horizontal rectangular tissue flap was excised approximately 1.2cm × 8cm in the part of the chin and labial groove. Four additional horizontal incisions were made up and down on both sides of the defect rectangle tissue. The bilateral gliding tissue flap was sutured to repair the defect with free skin graft and elastic force With pressure 3 to 6 months. Results Thirteen patients were followed up for 6 to 14 months. Ten cases of chin lip and groove were obvious without lip eversion, and three cases without chimp lips groove recurrence. One case had lip eversion and poor appearance. Conclusion This method has the advantages of preventing lip eversion and reproducing the chin and lip groove after scar formation in chin burns
