随着我国经济的快速增长,电力也发展迅速,尤其是火力发电。在火电厂,我国主要以燃煤为主,而且动力燃料以劣质煤为主,为了保证燃煤效率,必须将燃煤进行制粉。制粉系统中磨煤机磨制煤粉过程这一环节占据着十分重要的位置,是火力发电厂设计过程中的重点和前提。本文针对风扇式磨煤机进行的轻型化改进方案,进行关键部件的数值模拟,通过其应力变形和强度分析,验证了改进型风扇式磨煤机的可靠性,为进一步的设备改进提供了参考依据。
