1988和1989年我们在巴音郭楞州沙依东园艺场进行了库尔勒香梨喷施增产菌试验。供试的增产菌为北京农业大学植病生物防治研究室、南京生物农药厂联合生产,供试梨树为10年生库尔勒香梨,栽植株行距为4×6m,已进入盛果初期,树势中庸,管理较精细。增产菌喷施浓度设1 400,2 800和4 200ppm三个处理,每种浓度处理5株树,整株喷施,每次每株用菌液2L,年喷3次,连喷两年,1988年分别于4月18日(香梨初花期)、5月12日和6月8日喷施;1989年分别于4月9日(香梨初花期)、5月12日和6月14日喷施,与此同时选同园同龄同管理条件的5株香梨树喷清水做为对照。对处理树及对照,每株选部位、长势等相近的1—2个大枝,每年在第一次喷施前调查花芽量,5月下旬调查座果率,采收前(9月上旬)调查产
