现行的设备计划预防性修理制度(简称计划预修制度),在苏联和许多其他国家得到了广泛应用。但是,由于现代工业生产的技术和工艺的科学技术进步十分迅速,工艺装备拥有量构成中数量和质量的变化,对装备技术状态的要求不断提高,尤其是对可靠性和精度的要求日益提高,均要求不断地完善这一制度,更何况它原来就不能完全满足对其所提出的要求。这也正是苏联各工业部门的企业中进行各种不同的修理工作和使用各种不同标准的原因(见表1、2)。 进一步改善计划预修制度,是改进工艺装备修理组织和计划工作的基础。自从1967年由金属切削机床科学试验研究所()出版了《统一计划预防性修理制度》之后,曾经着手尝试完善其标准部分,采取的途径为编写并出版对机械制造企业提出的各项建议。研究所在完善修理工作的结构、延续时间和劳动量定额方面所做的研究是值得重视的。例如,为了编
The current equipment plan preventive repair system (referred to as the plan pre-repair system) has been widely used in the Soviet Union and many other countries. However, due to the rapid technological and technological advancement of modern industrial production technologies and processes, the quantity and quality of technological equipment possesses changes in the quantity and quality of equipment, and the requirements for the state of equipment technology are constantly increasing. In particular, the requirements for reliability and accuracy are increasing. Both require continuous improvement of the system, not to mention that it could not fully meet its requirements. This is why the various Soviet companies in various industrial sectors perform various types of repair work and use different standards (see Tables 1 and 2). Further improvement of the planned pre-repair system is the basis for improving the organization and planning of the process equipment repairs. Since the publication of the Unified Plan Preventive Repair System in 1967 by the Institute for the Scientific Testing of Metal Cutting Machines, it has tried to improve its standard part by adopting and publishing various proposals for machinery manufacturing companies.
