前言:随着对产品质量的提高,在普低钢制压力容器中采用TIG封底以实现单面焊透的工艺越来越多。由于TIG在封底焊中被大量应用,因而了解和掌握各种因素对TIG背面成形的影响对制定工艺控制成形保证质量将有很大的现实意义。影响TIG背面成形的因素是很多的, 如焊接规范、组对间隙、填充物的化学成分等。试验证明,要想得到饱满圆滑背面有一定增高量的成形焊缝,送丝速度是更为重要的因素。本试验中我们仅就三种成份的焊丝,分别进行了不同送丝速度对焊缝背面成形
Foreword: With the improvement of product quality, there are more and more technologies that adopt TIG back cover to achieve single-side penetration in general-purpose steel pressure vessels. Since TIG is widely used in the back cover welding, understanding and mastering the influence of various factors on the back forming of the TIG will have great practical significance for the process control forming quality assurance. There are many factors that affect the shaping of the back of the TIG, such as welding specifications, group-to-clearance, and chemical composition of the filler. Test proved that, in order to get a full sleek back with a certain amount of increased forming weld, wire feeding speed is more important factor.
