目的建立测定归脾丸中铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)﹑镉(Cd)5种重金属含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法。方法样品经过微波消解程序进行高压湿法消化后,分别以锗﹑铟﹑铋为内标,采用ICP-MS同时测定样品中Cu、Pb、Hg、As、Cd的含量。结果对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数均为0.999 9,线性关系良好,方法的平均回收率为90.3%~103.6%,RSD为1.6%~3.9%。结论本方法快速、简便、灵敏度高,适用于归脾丸中5种重金属残留量的测定。
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for the determination of five heavy metal contents in CuiPu pill such as Cu, Pb, Hg, As and Cd. Methods Samples were subjected to high pressure wet digestion with microwave digestion procedure. The contents of Cu, Pb, Hg, As and Cd in samples were determined simultaneously by ICP-MS with germanium, indium and bismuth as internal standards. Results The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.999 9 for the measured elements. The linearity was good. The average recovery was 90.3% ~ 103.6% and the RSD was 1.6% ~ 3.9%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple and sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of five heavy metal residues in Guipi Pills.
