在兔MCAO局灶脑缺血动物模型上,测定缺血后不同时限脑组织水、Ca~(2+)含量和钙泵(Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)—ATP酶)活性变化。结果发现缺血早期2h组钙泵活性较假手术对照组下降近30%(P<0.05),并随时相递减。同期缺血脑组织水、Ca~(2+)含量随时相递增。本文系国内外首次报道脑缺血时钙泵活性改变,认为脑缺血后早期出现钙稳态失调,细胞内钙超载可能与钙泵功能抑制有关。
The levels of Ca ~ (2+) and Ca ~ (2 +) and Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase in brain tissue were measured at different time points after ischemia in rabbit MCAO focal cerebral ischemia model. Activity changes. The results showed that the activity of calcium pump in the early 2 h ischemia group decreased by nearly 30% (P <0.05) compared with that in the sham operation control group, and decreased at any time. In the same period, the content of Ca2 + in ischemic brain tissue increased with time. This paper is the first report of the changes of calcium pump activity in cerebral ischemia at home and abroad, that calcium homeostasis appears early after cerebral ischemia, intracellular calcium overload may be related to the inhibition of calcium pump function.
