一、构建“自我实现”型培训模式的基本思想1、重视差异是提高培训针对性的根据。学员的个体差异不仅体现在年龄、文化程度、经历和接受能力上,还反映在思维方式、情感体验、感悟水平等方面。新的培训模式在充分重视和认真分析这些差异的基础上对培训内容、方式等进行深刻改革,不仅增强培训的针对性也将最大限度地激发学员参加培训的内在能动性。
First, the basic idea of building “self-realization” type of training mode 1, pay attention to the difference is to improve the training of targeted basis.
