三、突出弘扬民族精神的学校德育工作新内容加强和改进学校德育工作,必须高度重视培养思想政治素质并落实到教育工作的每个环节。政治意识和思想观点教育要以道德品质教育为基础,道德品质教育又要以政治和思想观点教育为导向。坚持正确的指导思想与观念,充分发挥学校教育的功能,确立德育的“首要”位置和“核心”地位,不断增强学生的爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义思想,是素质教育的灵魂。
