最近,省教科所、省小语会在张家口市举行了全省的青年教师阅读教学观摩评奖,来自全省11个市(地)及石铁、华油系统的15名青年教师作了公开课,200余名教师参加了观摩。 本次活动,是对我省青年教师教学水平的检阅。15名教师都是从各地选拔出来的教学尖子,他们的教学素质、教学水平、教风、教态都达到了较高的水准,显示了我省青年教师的进步,代表了这个层面教师的最高水平。 这次活动归结起来,有以下几个特点。
