思想政治教学在我国高校中占据着十分重要的地位,它对于帮助当代学生树立起正确的人生观、世界观和价值观有着极大的帮助,同时也是实现素质教育的一个基本要求,所以广大高职院校应该对思政教学引起足够的重视。在高职院校中大力推行工学结合是我国职业化教育改革的一个重要举措。但是在现阶段的高职教育中,许多学校往往没有对思政教育引起足够的重视,而使得思政教育过于形式化,使得思政教育在帮助学生提高其思想素质方面没有发挥其应有的作用。面临高职思政教学中存在的诸多问题,必须要在工学结合下来对教育的方式进行一定的改革,从而使得高职院校的思政教学能够更加富有成效。本文就工学结合下的高职思政教学改革进行了一些探讨。
Ideological and political teaching occupies a very important position in colleges and universities in our country. It is of great help to help contemporary students to establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, and is also a basic requirement for quality education. Therefore, The school should pay enough attention to ideological and political education. Vigorously promoting the combination of work and study in higher vocational colleges is an important measure for the reform of vocational education in our country. However, at this stage of higher vocational education, many schools often fail to pay enough attention to ideological and political education and make the ideological and political education too formalized, which makes the ideological and political education fail to play its due role in helping students improve their ideological quality effect. Faced with many problems in the teaching of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, we must reform the way of education under the combination of work and study so that the teaching of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges can be more fruitful. This article has carried on some discussions to the vocational and political teaching reform under the combination of work and study.
