惠民县行政审批事项目录清单2014年12月正式在惠民县政务服务中心投入使用,在使用近3年的时间里,较好地发挥了清单的约束作用,有效规范了县直单位开展审批行为,近3年共清除各类非规范性的审批81项,精简各类繁琐审批环节600余项,即收即办率达到61%,群众满意度有效提升,同时,目录清单在使用中也出现了一些问题,需要在深入研究的基础上不断改进和完善。
