初中英语在教学实施过程中出现两极分化的现象已经比较普遍,尤其是在初二这个比较敏感的时期。这就要求教师根据学生的兴趣、能力等差异进行分层教学,因材施教,使不同层次的学生在分层教学中体验成功,提高学生学习英语的有效性,从而真正实现“英语教学面向全体学生”的目的。本文简要从学生、备课、课堂教学、作业等不同层面,就如何进行分层教学作详细的实践与探索。
The phenomena of polarization of junior middle school English in the process of teaching have been more common, especially in the more sensitive period of the second grade.
