目的了解麻醉医师手卫生及依从性的现状,探讨其手卫生依从性的影响因素。方法采用自制调查问卷与单盲观察相结合方式,调查某院23名麻醉医师手卫生与依从性的现状。结果接触患者血液、体液、分泌物、排泄物后、大小便前后的手卫生认知度与依从性较高。直接接触患者前后、进行侵袭性操作前、接触不同患者之间手卫生认知度低,依从性差。六步洗手法的认知度与依从性为0。结论手卫生依从性的影响因素与认知程度、自觉性有关。
Objective To understand the status of hand hygiene and compliance of anesthesiologists and explore the influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance. Methods Using a combination of self-made questionnaires and single-blind observation, the current situation of hand hygiene and compliance of 23 anesthesiologists in a hospital was investigated. Results After contact with the patient’s blood, body fluids, secretions, excretion, hand hygiene before and after toilet awareness and compliance is higher. Direct contact with patients before and after aggressive operation, contact with different patients with low awareness of hand hygiene, poor compliance. The awareness and compliance of the six-step wash method is zero. Conclusion The influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance are related to cognition and consciousness.
