闻名全国的进谏“专业户”——陈荣杰,他今年78岁,一生中,他曾向毛泽东、周恩来、邓小平、万里等党和国家领导人进谏百万余言,不少建议被中央留作参考;他接待来访群众2.3万多人次,收到群众来信(材料)2997件;走访单位和家庭25172个;他15年坚持义务主办法制墙报。1989年,中宣部、司法部授予他“全国普法先进个人”,全国老龄委授予他“全国老有所为精英奖”。
Chen Rongjie, who is known throughout the country for remonstrances, is 78 years old. During his lifetime, he had remonstrated over a million words from party and state leaders such as Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Deng Xiaoping and Miles, and many of them were suggested by the Central Government Reference; he received more than 23,000 visits to the masses, received letters from the masses (materials) 2997; units and families visited 25,172; he insisted on 15 years of legal standing wall newspaper. In 1989, the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Justice awarded him “Advanced Individuals in the Popularization of Law in China” and the National Committee on Aging awarded him the “Award for All-China as Elites”.
