目前,我国技工院校高技能人才培养存在一些壁垒和屏障,主要表现在:技能人才培养与教育管理体制不顺;培养模式不符合经济发展对人才的需求;学生职业技能鉴定和技能考核晋升体系不够完善;社会对培养现代复合型技能人才缺乏必要的认识等。如何破除这些壁垒和屏障,笔者认为必须重点抓住以下五个方面。一、抓主动,从战略的高度推进技能人才培养(一)突出政府调控力量,获得办学支持
