本文用应力分析方法和COD法对一液氮贮罐爆炸事故原因进行分析。从而可引起设计、制造和使用低温压力容器人员的重视。一设备情况简介某氧气厂提出工艺设备草图委托鞍山某厂设计,制造一台液氮贮罐。1设备形状及尺寸该液氮贮罐为一立式圆筒形容器。两端采用标准椭圆形封头。简体内径为1.6米,设备总高(不包括接管外伸高度)约为6.3米,筒体及封头壁厚约为6毫米。
