目的研究国内外临床医学研究领域高被引论文的差异并探究对我国医学相关研究的启示。方法基于Essential Science IndicatorsTM和CNKI数据库比较分析2003-2013年国内外临床医学研究领域高被引论文的差异。结果国内外临床医学高被引论文在被引频次、作者来源、文章类型、研究方向、研究主题、基金资助及发表时间之间存在一些差异。结论国内临床医学高被引论文总量虽大,但影响力不够。启示我国医学期刊编辑应采取措施提高我国医学期刊的影响力和竞争力。而国家应重视差异,加强对重点研究方向和研究主题的资助,同时采取有效措施促进稿件回流,从而真正促进我国医学研究的发展。
Objective To study the differences of highly cited papers in the field of clinical medicine at home and abroad and explore the implications for medical research in China. Methods Based on the comparison of Essential Science IndicatorsTM and CNKI databases, the paper analyzed the differences of highly cited papers in clinical medicine between 2003 and 2013 in China and abroad. Results There were some discrepancies between the highly cited papers of clinical medicine at home and abroad in citation frequency, source of authorship, article type, research direction, research topics, fund grants and publication time. Conclusion The total number of highly cited papers in clinical medicine in China is large, but its influence is not enough. Enlighten our editors of medical journals should take measures to improve the influence and competitiveness of medical journals in our country. The state should pay attention to the differences, strengthen the funding for key research directions and research topics, and take effective measures to promote the return of manuscripts so as to truly promote the development of medical research in our country.
