目的:研究握力与核心肌力的相关性,探索握力的增龄性变化规律。研究对象:抽取5~60岁受试者220名。除15~17岁和18~25岁各为一个年龄组外,其他均为每5岁一个年龄组,共11个年龄组,每组20人。研究方法:采用一分钟仰卧起坐测试、背力测试和侧面身体动力柱桥测试等方法测试受试者的核心肌力;采用握力计测试受试者的握力。研究结果:(1)握力的增龄性变化呈现先增至某一峰值,后逐渐减小趋势;15~17岁较10~14岁年龄组的握力增长明显;男女性受试者握力峰值分别出现在18~25岁和26~30岁年龄组;56~60岁年龄组握力呈现小幅增龄递增趋势;男性的握力均大于同龄组女性。(2)握力与核心肌力之间具有显著的相关性。结论:14~15岁为人体握力增长的敏感期,也是进行肌肉力量训练的最佳年龄段;核心肌力与握力的显著相关,为借助握力来评价核心肌力提供了有价值的参考。
Objective: To study the correlation between grip strength and core strength and explore the changing rule of grip strength. Subjects: 220 subjects aged 5 to 60 years were drawn. Except for 15-17 years old and 18-25 years old, each is an age group, the others are every 5 years age group, a total of 11 age groups of 20 people each. Research Methods: One-minute sit-ups test, back force test and lateral body dynamic column bridge test and other methods to test the subject’s core strength; the use of grip force test subjects grip. The results showed that: (1) The age-related changes of grip strength first increased to a certain peak value and then decreased gradually; the grip strength of 15 to 17 age group increased significantly compared with that of 10 to 14 age group; Appeared in 18 to 25 years old and 26 to 30 years of age group; 56 to 60 age group grip strength showed a small increase trend; men’s grip strength is greater than the same age group of women. (2) There is a significant correlation between grip strength and core strength. Conclusion: The age of 14 to 15 years is the sensitive period for increasing the grip strength of the human body and also the best age for muscle strength training. The significant correlation between the core strength and grip strength provides a valuable reference for assessing the core strength by means of grip strength.
