制备了环氧树脂(EP)结构胶用低温(5℃)固化剂。采用固定E(表观活化能)值和可变E值法对EP/低温固化剂体系进行非等温固化动力学研究。研究结果表明:采用固定E值法和可变E值法计算出该体系的E值(分别为59.78 k J/mol和55.98~64.39 k J/mol)明显低于其他常温固化体系,说明其反应活性较高。固定E值法计算简单,可快速对体系的反应活性进行判定;可变E值法可真实反映体系的E值随反应进程的变化情况,但计算较为复杂,不利于快速筛选。
Epoxy resin (EP) structural adhesive with low temperature (5 ℃) curing agent. The non-isothermal kinetics of EP / low temperature curing agent system was studied by using fixed E (apparent activation energy) value and variable E value method. The results show that the E values (59.78 kJ / mol and 55.98 ~ 64.39 kJ / mol, respectively) of the system calculated by the fixed E value method and the variable E value method are obviously lower than those of other normal temperature curing systems, High activity. The fixed E value method is easy to calculate and can quickly determine the reactivity of the system. The variable E value method can truly reflect the change of E value of the system with the progress of the reaction process, but the calculation is complicated and not conducive to rapid screening.
