临床资料 7例均为氯气管道漏气吸入中毒。其中男2例,女5例。年龄20～43岁。吸入毒气时间5～8min,中毒至抢救时间约1.5h。主要临床表现:刺激性剧烈咳嗽、呼吸困难、不同程度紫绀各7例,恶心呕吐6例,流泪、头昏、胸闷、烦躁不安各4例,神志恍惚2例,浅昏迷伴尿失禁1例。7例体温、血压均正常。脉搏88～120/min,呼吸23～44/min眼结膜充血、鼻腔分泌物增多6例,两肺呼吸音粗糙5例。7例肝、脾、神经系统检查及胸透、心电图、血、尿、粪检查正常。入院后立即吸氧,2%麻黄素滴鼻,地塞米松5mg肌注;5%碳酸氢钠40ml加庆大霉素4×10~4U加 Seven cases of clinical data were chlorine gas pipeline leak poisoning.
