模具的参数化设计是实现模具CAI/CAM一体化的重要途径.以AutoCADR14为平台,VisualC++4.2为工具,开发了汽车门内板拉深模三维参数化辅助设计系统,特模具各部分以参数的方式进行处理.运用作附加点的方法,精确控制了曲压料面的形状,提高了图形的生成速度.应用实体造型技术,通过图形的三维变换、布尔运算,完成了凹模、凸模、压边围、卸料装置等的三维实体造型.该系统可灵活调整模具的各部分尺寸参数,优化模具设计,并将模具图进行真实感显示,充分体现设计者的意图,同时可为模具加工系统传送数据.
The parametric design of mold is an important way to realize the integration of mold CAI / CAM. With AutoCADR14 as a platform and Visual C ++ 4.2 as a tool, a three-dimensional parametric aided design system for the drawing of the inner panel of a car door has been developed. Each part of the special mold is dealt with as a parameter. Used as an additional point of the method, the precise control of the curl surface shape, improve the graphics generation speed. Using solid modeling technology, through the three-dimensional graphics transformation, Boolean operations, completed the die, punch, blank holder, unloading device, such as the three-dimensional solid modeling. The system can flexibly adjust the size of each part of the mold parameters, optimize the mold design, and realistic display of the mold map, fully embodies the designer’s intentions, at the same time for the mold processing system to send data.
