目的:探讨综合性健康教育在骨质疏松骨折患者术后护理中的应用。方法:选择2015年1月至2016年12月在我院收治的骨质疏松骨折患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将全部患者均分为对照组和观察组各40例,两组患者手术治疗方式相同,术后护理过程中对照组给予常规护理干预措施,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予综合性健康教育干预措施。分析比较两组患者的术后恢复情况。结果:观察组患者术后经过综合性健康教育护理干预模式后其躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态等生活质量恢复情况明显的优于对照组患者,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性。结论:综合性健康教育护理干预措施可以有效提高骨质疏松骨折患者术后的恢复情况,明显改善患者的术后生活质量,具有较好的临床应用效果,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective: To explore the application of comprehensive health education in the postoperative nursing of osteoporotic fracture patients. Methods: 80 patients with osteoporotic fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object. According to the random number table, all patients were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Two groups Patients in the same way of surgical treatment, postoperative care during the control group given routine nursing interventions, observation group patients on the basis of the control group to give comprehensive health education interventions. Conclusion: Comprehensive health education nursing interventions can effectively improve postoperative recovery of patients with osteoporosis fractures, significantly improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with good clinical effect, it is worth to promote the use of the clinical.
