高校党支部的顺利发展主要取决于大学生党员的规范性发展工作,因此,大学生党员发展的规范性尤为重要,国家也高度重视,颁布了《中国共产党发展党员工作细则》。对加强和改进大学生党员发展的规范性进行了深入分析,最终从材料、程序、思想和态度三个方面分析怎样加强和改进大学生党员发展工作。
The smooth development of the party branches in colleges and universities depends mainly on the normative development of college student party members. Therefore, the normative nature of the development of college student party members is particularly important. The government also attaches great importance to the promulgation of the “Detailed Rules for the Work of Party Members in Developing the Communist Party of China.” This article analyzes the normativeness of strengthening and improving the development of college student party members, and finally analyzes how to strengthen and improve the development of college student party members from the aspects of material, procedure, thought and attitude.
