目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-1(matrix metalloproteinase-1,Mmp-1)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(Hypoxia induciblefactor-1 alpha,Hif-1α)蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达,探讨二者在喉癌发生发展中的作用及两者的相关性。方法应用免疫组化法(SP法)检测34例喉癌组织、癌旁正常组织、15例声带息肉组织中Mmp-1、Hif-1α的表达。结果①Mmp-1、Hif-1α蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织和息肉组织(P<0.01);癌旁组织和息肉组织间的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②Mmp-1、Hif-1α的表达与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、吸烟量、肿瘤大小、临床分型无关(P>0.05)。③Mmp-1、Hif-1α在喉癌中的表达水平呈正相关。结论 Mmp-1和Hif-1α在喉癌组织中的高表达与喉癌的发生、发展有关,对判断喉癌的恶性程度、病情进展有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (Mmp-1) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) protein in laryngeal carcinoma The development of the role and the correlation between the two. Methods The expressions of Mmp-1 and Hif-1α in 34 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, adjacent normal tissues and 15 cases of vocal cord polyps were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results ① The expression of Mmp-1 and Hif-1α protein in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in paracancer and polyp (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between paracancer and polyp (P> 0.05) . The expression of Mmp-1 and Hif-1α was correlated with tumor grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with gender, age, smoking, tumor size and clinical type (P> 0.05). ③Mmp-1, Hif-1α expression in laryngeal cancer was positively correlated. Conclusion The high expression of Mmp-1 and Hif-1α in laryngeal carcinoma is related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma, which is of great value in judging the malignant degree and progression of laryngeal carcinoma.
