本文评价β_2肾上腺素受体激动剂舒喘灵对血小板活化因子(PAF)诱发急性支气管收缩、支气管高反应性的抑制作用,以及对吸入PAF 后短暂白细胞减少的影响。7例正常人,不吸烟,均无哮喘史,年龄23~40岁,男6,女1例。每例试验2次,每次间隔至少4周。PAF 吸入前及后1、3、7天测定气道对乙酰甲胆碱的反应性。用随机双盲法每例在吸入PAF 前20分钟,吸入舒喘灵200μg 或同等剂量安慰剂。吸入PAF 后1、3、5、10、15分钟测定(?)P_(30)(即30%肺活量时部分呼吸流速)。依据Log 浓度-反应曲线计算出引起(?)P_(30)下降40%乙酰甲胆碱激发浓度(PC_(40))。于PAF吸入前及后5、15分钟测定白细胞总数及血小板数。
This article evaluates the inhibitory effect of the β 2 adrenoceptor agonist Shuanlingling on PAF-induced acute bronchoconstriction and bronchial hyperreactivity as well as its effect on transient leukopenia after PAF inhalation. 7 cases of normal people, no smoking, no history of asthma, aged 23 to 40 years old, male 6, female 1 case. Each trial 2 times, each interval of at least 4 weeks. Airway responsiveness to methacholine was measured before and 1, 3 and 7 days after PAF inhalation. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo, inhaled salbutamol 200 μg or equivalent 20 minutes before inhalation of PAF in each case. P? 30 (?) (I.e., fractional respiratory flow at 30% vital capacity) was measured at 1, 3, 5, 10, and 15 minutes after inhalation of PAF. The 40% reduction of methacholine (PC_ (40)) induced a decrease of (P_ (30)) was calculated from the log concentration-response curve. Before and after PAF inhalation 5 and 15 minutes to determine the total number of white blood cells and platelets.
