目的为了研究和分析在整个癌痛的治疗之中阿片类的药物的合理使用以及相关的治疗和护理的记录,并且分析出这种护理的结果在临床中的反应。方法选取我院的80例患者,将其分为对照组和相应的观察组,对照组的患者则进行常规性的护理和治疗,观察组的患者则在此基础上进行了护理,然后通过相关的评估,重新制定患者的用药方式,并将这些详细记录下来。结果观察组患者在实施相关的护理之后,治疗护理的满意程度和疼痛程度均较对照组有显著改善,治疗效果明显高于对照组。两者之间的差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论在治疗癌痛中使用的阿片类药物对癌症患者的临床治疗中取得了显著的效果,这是值得应用的。
Purpose To investigate and analyze the rational use of opioid drugs throughout the treatment of cancer pain and the associated records of treatment and care and to analyze the clinical response of the results of such care. Methods Eighty patients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and corresponding observation group. Patients in control group received regular nursing and treatment. Patients in observation group were nurses on the basis of this, Assessment, re-develop the patient’s medication, and record these in detail. Results In the observation group, after the implementation of the related nursing care, the degree of satisfaction and pain of the treatment and nursing were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the treatment effect was obviously higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The opioids used in the treatment of cancer pain have achieved remarkable results in the clinical treatment of cancer patients, which is worthy of application.
