幼儿教育是我国教育事业发展的基础是教育的启蒙阶段,对于学生今后的接受教育有着至关重要的作用。目前我国的幼儿教育工作中存在一定的问题有待解决。特别是农村幼儿教育中教师专业的发展问题成为制约农村幼儿教育发展的关键制约因素。具体表现为专业水平较低,师资力量严重不足,工作环境福利待遇差。民办公办学前教育资源不足。要通过大力发展公办学前教育,提高师资队伍,增加专业水平建立相应的教学机制促进农村幼儿教育的发展。
Early childhood education is the foundation of education development in our country. It is the stage of enlightenment of education and plays an important role in the students’ future education. At present, there are some problems in early childhood education in China that need to be solved. In particular, the issue of teacher professional development in early childhood education in rural areas has become a key constraint to the development of rural preschool education. Specifically manifested as a lower professional level, a serious shortage of teachers, poor working environment benefits. Private-run pre-school education is not enough resources. We should promote the development of early childhood education in rural areas by vigorously developing public preschool education, raising the number of teachers and increasing the professional standards and establishing corresponding teaching mechanisms.
