在综述Al/Al_2O_3复合材料制备工艺的基础上,提出了将石英玻璃浸入铝熔体中,通过Al向SiO_2玻璃中的反应浸渗,制备Al/Al_2O_3复合材料的新方法。获得了Al与Al_2O_3相互连通的Al/Al_2O_3复合材料。由于玻璃具有容易被加工成各种形状零件的特点,通过Al液向致密玻璃坯体的反应浸渗,可以获得近成形的Al/Al_2O_3复合材料。实验结果发现,由于Al/AlO_3中不存在孔隙,Al/AlO_3的弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别可达430MPa和13MPa·m~(1/2),其性能优于用Lanxide工艺制备的Al/Al_2O_3。
Based on the preparation of Al / Al_2O_3 composites, a new method of preparing Al / Al_2O_3 composites by immersing quartz glass in aluminum melt and impregnating Al into SiO_2 glass was proposed. The Al / Al_2O_3 composites with Al and Al_2O_3 interconnected were obtained. Due to the characteristics of glass being easily machined into various shapes and parts, Al / Al 2 O 3 composites can be obtained by infiltrating Al liquid into the compact glass body. The experimental results show that the flexural strength and fracture toughness of Al / AlO 3 reach up to 430 MPa and 13 MPa · m -1, respectively, because of the absence of pores in Al / AlO 3, which is better than Al / Al 2 O 3 prepared by Lanxide process.
