茯苓为多孔菌科植物Poria cocos(Schw.)wolf的菌核。用于治疗小便不利,水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕哕、泄泻、惊悸、健忘等。近几十年来,国内外从植物和菌类中提得的多糖(如茯苓中的多糖),有提高肿瘤宿主机体的抵抗力,从而达到抑制肿瘤的作用。此外,茯苓还可制成食品,如茯苓粉、粥、糕、饼、酒等由此可见,茯苓在中医临床及人民生活中有着广泛的使用价值,有必要总结一下茯苓的化学成分及药理作用等方面的研究情况,对于明了茯苓的作用机理、进而探讨其在中药复方中的地位以及与其它西药的协同或制约机理,希望会有所帮助。
Cockroaches are the sclerotia of the Poria cocos (Schw.) wolf family. For the treatment of adverse urination, swelling, edema, phlegm, vomiting, diarrhea, convulsions, forgetfulness and so on. In recent decades, polysaccharides extracted from plants and fungi at home and abroad (for example, polysaccharides in earthworms) have increased the resistance of tumor host organisms, thereby achieving tumor suppression. In addition, wolfberry can also be made into food, such as lotus root starch, porridge, cakes, cakes, wine, etc. Therefore, wolfberry has a wide range of use value in the clinical and people’s lives of Chinese medicine. It is necessary to summarize the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of wolfberry. The research on such aspects will help to understand the mechanism of action of wolfberry, and then to explore its position in Chinese herbal compound and the synergistic or restrictive mechanism with other western medicines.
