病历摘要丁××,男,25岁,因皮癣搔痒于1977年5月8日22时20分赴卫生所就医。因核对不认真,误予五联疫苗10毫升为10%葡萄糖酸钙静注,约15分钟,病人出现头晕、恶心,呕吐1次(为胃内容物),继则阵发性腹部绞痛,剧烈腰痛,胸闷,呼吸困难,烦躁不安,四肢抽搐,体温升至40℃,肌注冬眠灵1毫升,柴胡注射液4毫升无效,翌日1时30分血压下降70/40毫米汞柱,于2时20分急诊入院。既往有五联疫苗接种史。
