2012年9月20日,《新疆文库》编辑出版委员会、《新疆文库》编辑出版工作领导小组办公室与新疆人民出版总社等5家出版单位在乌鲁木齐市举行首批文献出版签字仪式,这标志着《新疆文库》编辑出版工作经过前期调研论证、制定方案、专家评审、确立体例、商定目录,分批实施等各项前期准备工作已基本就绪,目前正式进入实质性出版阶段。签字仪式由《新疆文库》编辑出版工作领导小组成员兼办公室主任、《新疆文库》编辑出版委员会副主任、自治区新闻出版局党组书记石永强主持。
On September 20, 2012, the first batch of documentary publication and signing ceremonies was held in Urumqi, including the Publishing and Editing Committee of Xinjiang Library, the Publishing Office of Editorial Work of Xinjiang Library and the Xinjiang People's Publishing House. The preparation and editing of the Xinjiang Library has basically completed the preparatory work after preliminary investigation and demonstration, formulating programs and reviewing experts, establishing the system, negotiating the catalogs, and implementing in batches. At present, it has officially entered the substantive publishing stage. The signing ceremony was held by the member and office director of the editorial and publishing work team of Xinjiang Library, Shi Yongqiang, deputy director of the editorial and publishing committee of Xinjiang Library and the party secretary of the Autonomous Region Press and Publication Bureau.
