Starting from the reasons for the formation of corporate financial crisis, the financial crisis signal and the harm of financial crisis are elaborated at the same time. The preventive measures for financial crisis and the basic procedures for handling financial crisis are proposed. How to identify and prevent financial crisis and deal with the financial crisis has put forward some corresponding measures.
