职业学校作为我国教育的重要组成部分,在培养社会主义市场经济所需要的中初级技术人员方面发挥了重要作用,然而近几年从总体上来说却陷入了招生难、管理难、就业难的“三难”境地,渐渐呈现萎缩、滑坡的趋势。究其原因,尽管有多方面的影响,但职业学校普遍实行传统学制也是使其陷入困境的原因之一。在传统学制下,职业学校亦步亦趋、谨小慎微,显得呆板、单调、无生气。要想改变职业学校的现状,办出朝气蓬勃的新职教,必须改革传统学制,实行弹性学制。只有这样,才能办出多样性的办学体制,形成多元化的发展格局,也才能适应我国职业学校发展的需要。 Vocational schools, as an important part of education in our country, have played an important role in training middle-level junior technical personnel needed by the socialist market economy.
