1.成卷处理是紧卷罩式炉的根本弱点冷轧宽带钢多为低碳钢。冷轧带钢的最终热处理通常为再结晶退火,借以消除冷轧引起的加工硬化,使其在进一步加工过程中具有良好的塑性。
1. Roll processing is the fundamental weakness of tight roll-type furnace Cold-rolled wide strip mostly low-carbon steel. Cold-rolled strip final heat treatment is usually recrystallization annealing, in order to eliminate work-hardening caused by cold-rolled, so that it has good plasticity in the further processing.
