马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司(以下简称马钢)是我国《企业年金试行办法》颁布后第一家启动企业年金计划的公司。马钢的年金计划采取理事会受托模式,并实行市场化运作。2005年7月,马钢分别与浦发银行和中国银行签订了企业账户管理制度和企业年金的托管协议,目前年金账户管理、托管管理运行平稳有序。2006年4月,马钢与南方基金管理公司正式签订了企业年金委托投资管理合同,至此,我国第一家规范的企业年金开始完整投入运作。马钢企业年金计划规定:“职工个人以本人的岗位工资、积累工资和物价补贴之和作为企业年金的缴费基数,工作不满10年的缴费为7%,满10年不满20年的是9%,满20年不满30
