2012 is an important year for our country to implement the “12th Five-Year Plan”. Our country’s economy will still face the situation of unstable international economic environment and the slowdown of domestic and foreign needs. How will China’s oil and chemical industry cope with international pressure and adjust industries? Structure, improving the competitiveness of the industry and speeding up the transformation of development mode have become the focus of the industry administrations and enterprises in all localities in China.
