我院自1989年5月开院到2000年的十余年中收治住院患儿4972例,死亡64例,病死率为12.87‰,其中年龄最小为5小时,最大为13周岁;年龄分布:<28天31例,28天～1岁15例,1～3岁10例,3～7岁3例,7～14岁5例;男性43例,女性21例;外来人口42例,本市人口22例;自然分娩36例,剖腹产22例,钳产6例;出生体重<2500g 44例,2500～4000g 20例;在医院出生38例,家中分娩26例。现将死亡原因
